    Data driven approach in target & biomarker discovery

    - From the beginning of target discovery stage, our data driven approach aims to identify the accurate, selective and clinically translatable target & biomarker candidates,
       focusing on synthetic lethality, to finally improve patient outcome.

    - We adopt the method of data mining, statistics and machine learning to predict and evaluate the potential synthetic lethal partners combining large bio-omics dataset
       with in-house experimental data.

    D5 SL Prediction & Evaluation Platform

    Our platform will find novel synthetic lethal pairs expanding to the dual SL relationship, through the platform development integrating technologies of bio-omics data
    mining and CRISPR/cas9 screening. Prediction and validation in collaboration with dry and wet lab iteratively improves the predictive power of our platform.
